RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be over the moon with your Leolace purchase. But sometimes it doesn’t work out and that’s OK! 

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit, cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Purchases made with a discount of 25% or greater qualify for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not permitted. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. You will see FINAL SALE indicated on the product page and again in your cart. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.

You have the option to return your item(s) for store credit, refund or exchange by mail. There will be a $9.95 shipping and return fee for mail-in refunds. Exchanges and store credit are always free! Plus, if you opt to return for store credit, we’ll waive the return fee entirely.

Items Eligible For Refund

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. Swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached. 

Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Items Eligible For Partial Refund

We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.

Items Not Eligible For Refund

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
  • Original shipping charges & fees
  • Leolace eGift Cards
  • Giveaways or promotional items with a retail value lReturns received in damaged/worn condition
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

For Return&Exchange Fees

If you need to return an item because you chose the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we understand! For domestic customers who wish to mail their return, we provide return prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges and returns for store credit by mail are free! Returns made with refunds to the original form of payment will have an $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund total. For international customers, due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.

Can I exchange for a different style?

At this time we cannot process exchanges for a different style, only a different color or size of the same style. If you’re looking for a different style, we recommend initiating a return for store credit and placing a new order.

How do I access my store credit?

If you've opted to return for store credit, we waive the return fee. When you mail in your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your package arrives at our warehouse. Once approved, you will automatically receive your store credit via email.

Order Cancellation 

We do not offer order cancellation after it is shipped. Please kindly pay attention to your shipping notice in your email inbox or spam folder.

Damaged Items

That’s no good! Please contact us immediately at support@leolace.com as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
