RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Items Eligible For Refund

All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Items Eligible For Partial Refund

We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.

Items Not Eligible For Refund

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
  • Original shipping charges & fees
  • Leolace eGift Cards
  • Giveaways or promotional items with a retail value lReturns received in damaged/worn condition
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that way may assist you with your order!

For Return Fees

If you chose the wrong size, or personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, ordering numerous items for the purposes of comparison or sizing, the returns postage is made at your own cost.

Order Cancellation

We do not offer order cancellation after it is shipped. Please kindly pay attention to your shipping notice in your email inbox or spam folder.

How to Return

If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away so that we can make it right. You can email us at support@leolace.com. Our office hours are 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday to Friday (EST). One of our reps will follow up with you via email with a solution. Here’s our return process:

  • First, please email us and follow the prompts to complete the return request;
  • Second, after receiving your return application, our customer service will process your return request. If your return request is approved, we will notify you through the email you filled in when you purchased;
  • Third, please mail the order(s) along with the attached form to our warehouse address below (Please do not return the order to the address on the package):

  • After return it, please email us the return tracking number.
  • Lastly, we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
